Only drivers listed on the signed rental agreement are authorized to operate the vehicle. No hauling, pulling, or towing trailers of any kind is permitted.
Fuel Policy: All rentals leave Tri-State with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. If not, the card on file will be charged for the fuel total plus a $10 fueling fee.
Cleanliness Policy: We take pride in delivering clean vehicles to every customer. If a vehicle is returned excessively dirty, a cleaning fee of up to $500 may be charged to the card on file.
